And we’re not playing sides when kids are the ones getting hurt.

Let’s be real.

When it comes to protecting children, too many adults act like they’re on a sports team.
Like it’s about defending their “side,” not defending the child.
They jump in with:

  • “It wasn’t a drag queen.”

  • “It wasn’t a Black man.”

  • “It wasn’t a pastor.”

  • “It wasn’t a Republican.”

  • “It wasn’t a Democrat.”

None of that matters. Not here.

🚨 Here’s the truth:

Child abuse is not loyal to any group, race, religion, political party, or profession.
And safe adults—real safe adults—already know this.

They don’t waste time trying to protect their image.
They stay focused on protecting children’s lives.
Because child safety is sacred. And that means:

  • Holding everyone accountable.

  • Refusing to be distracted by public relations games.

  • Never using identity as a shield to deflect the truth.

👀 If your first instinct is to say,

“Well, not my group…”
Then you’ve already made it about you.
And children deserve better.

🧱 Safe adults:

  • Stay alert—even when it’s uncomfortable.

  • Speak up—even when it’s inconvenient.

  • Tell the truth—even when it costs them something.

  • Refuse to shield abusers just because they “look like us,” pray like us, vote like us, or love like us.

🧡 Here, we don’t care what jersey you wear.

We care about the kids.
The ones who can’t speak yet.
The ones who are too scared to speak.
The ones who are still waiting for just one adult to choose them over appearances, affiliations, or PR spin.

We care about the truth.
Even when it’s ugly.
Especially when it’s ugly.

Because children deserve more than our silence.
They deserve our sight.
They deserve our strength.
They deserve our loyalty—to them, and no one else.

Child safety is not a brand. It’s a calling.

And if you’re not willing to confront harm no matter where it shows up—
You’re not ready to be a safe adult.
