We want ALL girls safe in the restrooms. From a safeguarding perspective, this type of posing in public female restrooms is concerning. As Serena Patrick points out, this body language and this pose seem to be a "conqueror stance".
Safety is the highest priority. Without it, children can't accomplish, enjoy, or experience anything else in this life. We continue to ask, require, and demand if necessary that leaders make safe accommodations for each and every child.
This current model where you take away safety from one child in an attempt to make another child safe is garbage and puts kids at greater risk.
We MUST do better. At this point, the children could come up with more effective safety plans.
Whether you have children of your own or not, all children deserve safe spaces on this earth.
Safety Reminders
